About Astroseekers

Astroseekers are a squad of explorers from a planet they call Phelan, which orbits a star they call Astra, which is a (late M-type) ultracool dwarf star in Constellation of Aquarius in the Milky Way Galaxy. The name, ASTRO – S.E.E.K.E.R.S. stands for (Space Exploration, Environmental Knowledge, & Exoplanetary Research Squad).

The explorers are recent graduates of the Seeker Academy and are about to set out on their first expedition. They will explore the galaxy in the persuit of science and record all their findings to add to the Interstallar Hall of Records back on Phelan.

Under the leadership of their captain, Doren Altair, the crew will head out in the direction of a single yellow star of spectral class G2V, which lies about 40 light-years (235 trillion miles) from Phelan in the constellation of Centaurus. The star appears to have nine exoplanets and there are rumors that ther may be life on a planet orbiting this star.

On their voyage, they will study all forms of science to build an understanding of the universe around them. They will make amazing discoveries and encounter dangerous situations and will have difficult decisions to make along the way.
