Mira

Mira is lieutenant of the Astroseeker starship. She is the ship’s co-pilot and her job is to lead the team and act as first responder to complex issues to determine the best course of action, and mobilize the team to deliver solutions and ensure that teams stay focused on what they do best. She is also the ship’s medical officer and emergency first responder.

Her scientific role is as the one who asks the initial question, that if answered would help solve or address the initial observation or problem.

Mira is a curious and inspirational leader. Her color is red and she has a pet named Cassi who is also red. She is named after Red Giant Mira Variable (M) in the Constellation Cetus.

As the ship’s co-pilot, she spends some time either in the cockpit or the conference room and as the ship’s medical officer, she also spends time in the medical bay or in her own bedroom relaxing.
